​About us

Daryl has created this resource to help everyone have a great life. "I've noticed over the years that active people seem to have a really positive outlook on life. That on it's own is a good enough reason to keep fit and healthy, but being fit and healthy can add a lot more to your life than just a great outlook".  

Daryl is a qualified nutritionist (Masters of Human Nutrition) and fitness coach (Diploma of Fitness). Along with his qualifications, he's unique insight into health, fitness and nutrition comes through his involvement in both strength and endurance based sports. He has 18 years  experience as a trainer and gym owner
and a lifelong interest in exercise and fitness. Daryl competed as an elite level power lifter for 20 years, winning several national titles and setting national records along the way. His endurance sports experience comes from 12 years competing at triathlon.
